Primary

Purpose:

The Stylist will serve as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor who assists customers in selecting products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. They will work with the customer to discover and express their personal style while showing how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their wardrobe.

The Successful Individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to…

• Discovery: Greet guests with a warm welcome, exuding confidence and knowledge about the product; exhibit active listening and ask high-value follow-up questions.
• Explore: Infuse brand and product knowledge to suggest and showcase products; collaborate with the guest to offer styling advice and add-ons to create a complete look; interpret visual cues and overcome objections; suggest multiple ways and occasions to wear our products; encourage guests to step outside their comfort zone and have fun with our products.
• Close: Guide the guest to purchase decisions and facilitate check-out through relationship development and product knowledge; reinforce and celebrate the guest’s choices and invite them to shop again soon.
• Business Acumen: Drive results through customer connection; use product knowledge to connect with the guest and discuss the unique attributes of the product; understand and embody the product landscape across all merchandise categories; receive and give feedback honestly; perform operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly, including keeping the stockroom tidy and running the POS system.
