Kitchen Sanitation Supervisor

Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen sanitation staff. Ensure adherence with company policies and procedures, and safety and sanitation regulations.

• Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen sanitation employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain written record of shift activities and assist in scheduling, coaching and training stewarding staff in all property outlets.
• Inspect all operational areas at the conclusion of shift to verify work standards are met and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor equipment and generate repair orders.
• Instruct kitchen sanitation staff in the proper performance of job duties.

• Six (6) months of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 pounds.
• Must be knowledgeable about kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitizing standards and practices.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
