Breakfast Attendant

Overview

Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Breakfast Attendant to support the Culinary department at our property, Element Valley Forge. This position is responsible for prepping daily food items to ensure a positive, friendly, and inviting guest experience. We are seeking breakfast attendants who love feeding people and wowing guests in our restaurant. The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked may vary.

• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive presentation, making sure it is organized, clean, and standardized.
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast space and restock as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service.

The Company may consider an equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities cited below.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices.
