- Follow all safety policies and ensure compliance of other associates in all work areas, including room and process policies for PPE and security.
- Observe all safety and security regulations pertaining to personnel, chemicals, equipment and building.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Batch formulas, process into products, perform applicable tests, create lot records, communicate results and observations to the teams, and perform necessary adjustments.
- Perform laboratory work from development and scale-up of processes through production for electronic packaging products as assigned.
- Operate manual, pneumatic and automated equipment; become proficient in operation of appropriate manufacturing equipment and test instruments.
- Follow documented procedures to perform manufacturing operations, including operation of ball mills, air pressure feed equipment, coating/casting machines to support binder & tape slurry, testing and handling of tape, and related production control technician duties.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain and enter data accurately into multiple software programs to organize, analyze and record work.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, manufacturing consumables and finished products.
- Practice good housekeeping, organization and safety in the laboratories.
- Identify and use safety labels on product containers.
- Understand and comply with all documented and documentation requirements; familiarize yourself with and practice documented quality system procedures and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking ability in a continuous production environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years’ manufacturing experience, preferably in a laboratory environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand and walk for long periods; good hearing and vision
- Must function well in a team environment
- MS Office, SAP experience highly desired
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Day Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm / 7:00 am–3:30 pm / 8:00 am–4:30 pm
