Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong abilities in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, especially on production equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with the Production team.
- Familiarity with foam converting equipment and PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a bonus.
