We're hiring a Director of Sales to lead business development and revenue growth for a 24/7/365 same-day and expedited logistics operation. This role focuses on sales strategy, team leadership, and building high-value customer relationships across time-critical freight services.

• Lead and execute sales strategy for same-day and expedited freight services
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Develop new business relationships with shippers requiring time-critical logistics
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics

• Proven experience leading sales teams in logistics, transportation, or expedited freight
