Vice President at Top Stack Group - 20 years of Talent Placement Experience

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Finance to lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, delivering insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. This role will also lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of total experience
• 5+ years of in FP&A with a large ($1 Billion+) public company
• 3 + years proven leadership and people development skills
• Experience managing a team of 4 or more.
• Exceptional business acumen and communication abilities
• Strong grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting techniques
• Must have CPA and earlier experience in public accounting
