A well-respected employment litigation firm in the King of Prussia area is hiring an Associate Attorney due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to build a long-term career in employment law with strong mentorship and hands-on experience.

No prior employment law experience required. Attorneys with general or commercial litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Handling employment litigation matters including restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employer defense

Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs

Conducting legal research and managing discovery

Assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

Working closely with partners and senior attorneys

1–2 years of litigation experience

Strong legal research and writing skills

J.D. from an accredited law school

Solid academic performance (law review or moot court a plus, not required)

Licensed in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission
