Product Manager UAT

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager focused on Product Readiness to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-release Hypercare activities. This role ensures products are operationally ready for production by driving planning, execution, governance, communication, and metrics across UAT and stabilization phases.

Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, this position owns day-to-day readiness execution and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Support teams.

• Plan and manage UAT timelines (4–5 weeks pre-release) aligned to release schedules
• Develop test plans, entry/exit criteria, and readiness documentation
• Coordinate UAT readiness (tester onboarding, access, roles, permissions)
• Drive daily UAT execution, tracking scripts, defects, risks, and gaps through closure
• Produce and distribute daily UAT status updates
• Enforce standard UAT templates and governance across work streams
• Obtain UAT signoffs and manage completion procedures
• Support Hypercare (3–8 weeks post-release), including defect triage and stabilization reporting
• Escalate risks and issues with clear data and context

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–10 years of experience in Product, Project, or Program Management, or UAT/Release coordination
• Hands-on experience with UAT and post-production Hypercare in complex environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings

• Experience with digital platforms or web-based solutions
• End-to-end delivery experience (requirements, scope, release, risk, and change management)
• Vendor management experience
• Strong cross-functional business acumen
