The Opportunity:
In this role, you will work on some of the latest applications designed to disrupt the longstanding methodologies of lubricant delivery. With the use of analytics, data decision models, and state of the art technology, you will work directly with key client stakeholders committed to the Oil Tech disruption. You will lead initiatives to define and solve business problems. You will be responsible for ensuring business value, communicating results, making executive presentations, and be a part of a leading business technology team, driven towards results.

We are looking for a Senior Application Manager who can bridge the gap between application functionality and business strategy. This role combines application lifecycle management with business analysis to ensure systems effectively support operational needs, process improvement, and organizational goals. You will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and strategic alignment of your assigned applications while serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT.

Application Management- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned business applications, including planning, implementation, upgrades, support, and retirement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues, enhancements, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure applications meet performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Manage application configurations, integrations, and data flows between systems.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and change management activities for application updates.
- Monitor application usage and performance, recommending optimizations and improvements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals, processes, pain points and requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity
- Develop and follow project plans
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Application solutions, including:
- Architecture diagrams, configurations, and support procedures.
- End-user training documentation
- Processes and Procedures for new application usage
- Develop internal knowledge base articles and contribute to application enablement initiatives.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders at all levels.
