We’re partnered with a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider in the Philadelphia area seeking an Office Manager to help streamline daily operations, support internal teams, and keep the business running smoothly. This MSP works with a wide range of technologies and clients, and they need someone who is organized, adaptable, and proactive. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a technical organization.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations
- Experience working in a technical or MSP environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience handling billing, invoicing, or financial coordination
- Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
- Ability to support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and workflow organization
- Comfortable coordinating vendors, tools, supplies, and service renewals
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools (Connect Wise, Kaseya, Autotask, N-able)
- Familiarity with basic IT terminology and ticketing workflows
- Experience supporting HR functions (onboarding, documentation, policies)
- Background in bookkeeping or expense tracking
- Experience assisting with company events, meetings, and process improvements
- 50% Microsoft 365 (Excel sheets, documentation, scheduling)
- 25% PSA/CRM systems (ticket review, reporting, billing support)
- 25% General office administration (communications, vendor coordination)
- 60% Hands-On Office & Operational Support
- 25% Management Duties (scheduling, reporting, coordination)
- 15% Team Collaboration with Engineers & Leadership
