ERP Technical Manager

The
** ERP Technical Manager
** is responsible for leading the design, development, and ongoing optimization of our
** Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)
** platform. This role will be responsible for overseeing the technical architecture, integrations, system performance, and delivery of ERP enhancements in alignment with business needs. The Manager will have deep technical expertise in
** Dynamics 365 F&O**, a strong understanding of
** ERP business processes**(Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.), and proven leadership in managing technical teams and partners. Manage ERP technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business strategy. Collaborate with functional leaders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
** Qualifications for the Position
** 7+ years of hands-on experience with
** Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O**. Proven experience leading technical ERP teams or projects.

Experience with
** Microsoft Azure
** services and environments. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Data Lake/Power BI Integrations, preferred Prior ERP upgrade or global rollout project experience, preferred Knowledge of retail or consumer goods industry processes, preferred
