Overview
Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) - Family & Children Services — King of Prussia, PA | $80,000-$90,000
A mission-driven child and family services organization is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for a newly created office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This is a working supervisor role combining direct clinical work with team leadership, supervision, and program growth.
This position is ideal for a fully licensed clinician who enjoys mentoring staff, supporting families in crisis, and helping build structure in a growing program.
Schedule- Minimum 40-hour professional work week
- Primarily Monday-Friday
- Provide clinical supervision (individual, group, and peer) to therapists, Family Support Specialists, interns, and clinical staff
- Serve as the first point of contact for case consultation, problem-solving, and clinical guidance
- Support program quality through documentation review, audits, and compliance monitoring
- Participate in peer review, outcomes tracking, and utilization reporting
- Conduct assessments, service planning, and treatment goal development for children and families
- Support supervised/therapeutic visits and court-related documentation when needed
- Attend case conferences, court hearings, and multidisciplinary meetings
- Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development
- Support on-call rotation and provide backup guidance during after-hours needs
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Must be fully licensed (examples: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- 3+ years clinical experience (5+ preferred)
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience required
- Strong mentorship and coaching ability (not just seniority)
- Ability to work in-office and support a growing program
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
