Overview

The Company InTouch Med Supply is an accredited, national supplier of urologic, ostomy, and wound care products to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers in both the adult and pediatric populations. We partner with providers and payors to eliminate care gaps and remove the traditional challenges associated with at-home supply ordering. The InTouch team has over 150 years of combined healthcare experience and are experts in providing exceptional standards of care.

Responsibilities

We are seeking empathetic and energetic customer services representatives, committed to exceptional patient care. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Care, the client coordinator works to ensure the intake and delivery of our clients supplies in a timely and proactive manner.

  • Proactively calling clients to follow up on customer orders and reorders.
  • Assisting clients in understanding their medical equipment orders and supplies.
  • Instructing clients on proper use and maintenance of supplies.
  • Processing orders received by telephone or fax and preparing all the necessary paperwork to ensure timely delivery and set-up.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products for our patients.
  • Reviewing, preparing, and maintaining all client documentation in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Collecting payments from clients in alignment with stated policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years in a previous similar role in customer service, patient care, or call center.
  • Prior knowledge of the medical field, medical assistance, or in-home health care preferred, but not necessary.
  • Prior experience in processing orders.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent telephone skills and an ability to interact with clients.

Salary Range
: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
