PositionSenior Manager, Global Feasibility Lead. The job is in our King of Prussia, PA office. This is a hybrid position and is onsite three days a week. You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Feasibility & Patient Engagement.
Responsibilities- Feasibility Strategy Development:
Lead the design and implementation of global feasibility strategies to support protocol optimization and country/site selection. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with clinical operations, therapeutic area leads, and external vendors to gather input and align feasibility outputs with study needs. - Data Analysis & Forecasting:
Analyze historical data, epidemiology, and site performance metrics to generate enrollment forecasts and identify potential risks. - Feasibility Tool Management:
Oversee the development and deployment of feasibility tools and templates to ensure consistency and quality across programs. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate early engagement with investigators and sites to validate feasibility assumptions and support study startup planning. - Operational Contacts:
Act as the primary point of contact both internally and externally (e.g., vendors) as applicable for anything study related. - Knowledge & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapeutic area/product candidate(s), clinical practice, competitors, and regulatory considerations. - Audits & Process Improvement:
Support audits/inspections and resolutions of findings. - SOPs & Process Development:
Support in the development of new SOPs, guidelines, and/or participate in working groups about new processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life science, nursing, pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, or other health/medical related area preferred. Other degrees and certifications considered if commensurate with related clinical research experience (e.g., diploma or associate degree RN, certified medical technologist).
- 7+ years’ relevant clinical research (or related) experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A solid understanding of the drug development process, and specifically, each step within the clinical trial process.
- Experience in running feasibility activities for large and/or complex global clinical trials.
- Robust budget forecasting and management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of ICH guidelines/GCP and its applicability to all stages of the clinical development process.
