• Perform consistently amazing blowouts
• Provide an over the top client experience
• Sell products, tools, and memberships
• Keep the shop fresh – dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re‑stocking product shelves
• Attend scheduled meetings

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying
• Desire to provide exceptional styling, finishing skills, and customer service
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team
• A polished appearance – we dress in our Drybar colors: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim
