Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Controller located in King of Prussia, PA - this position can be remote or in-person. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including managing company accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable.

The Controller will also work closely with senior management to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable management
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Experience in the wholesale distribution, construction, or lighting industry is a plus
