Are you looking to be a Lead/Senior on a medium sized team? This is a full‑time Senior Field Engineer role based in the Greater Philadelphia area with a well‑established MSP known for its strong client relationships and modern technology stack. You’ll work hands‑on across Microsoft, networking, virtualization, cloud, and on‑site client support environments, supporting small to mid‑sized businesses with diverse technical needs.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience working for an MSP
- Strong Windows Server, O365/Entra , and Azure experience
- Advanced networking skills (switching, routing, firewalls)
- VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization
- Experience handling on‑site client escalations and project work
- Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or AZ-104
- Experience with backup and DR platforms (Veeam, Datto)
- Firewall experience (Sonic Wall, Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto)
- Scripting or automation (Power Shell)
- 70% Microsoft and Windows‑based systems
- 30% Networking and virtualization
- 80% Hands On
- 10% Management Duties
- 10% Team Collaboration
