• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)

• Perform engineering calculations, layout, and system design to code with minimal supervision
• Prepare and manage design budgets, schedules, estimates
• Lead, mentor, and motivate engineering designers and junior staff
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure coordination across disciplines
• Review and finalize engineering drawings and documents
• Engage directly with clients to communicate design and project requirements

• Proficient in REVIT, engineering modeling tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of building and discipline-specific codes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage time, people, and fast-paced project deadlines
