Overview
We are seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic team in King of Prussia, PA, focusing on small, fast-paced medical and physical therapy clinic projects across the United States. This role involves both management and coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a professional, experienced, licensed architect with 10-15 years of experience.
Responsibilities- Develop plan sketches and construction documents (CDs).
- Coordinate with MEP engineers to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to meet QA/QC requirements and deliver projects on schedule.
- Submit permit documents and monitor their progress on a weekly basis.
- Issue bid documents, evaluate bids, and present findings to clients.
- Provide in-office construction phase services, working closely with contractors and clinic staff through to project completion.
- Degree in Architecture and experience working in an architecture firm.
- Registered architect with 10-15 years of experience.
- Proficiency in managing multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Experience in design review and shop drawing review.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for production purposes; experience with Revit is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of project phases, scheduling, budgeting, and building construction.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction, architecture, design, and construction administration.
- Familiarity with project coordination, scheduling, QA/QC, and construction documentation.
This is a Permanent position based out of King of Prussia, PA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in King of Prussia, PA.
