We’re hiring Graduate Engineers to join our Water group
! You’ll support civil and environmental projects for municipal and private clients, assisting with design documents, AutoCAD drawings, construction phase tasks, and facility layouts. This is a great opportunity to build your career and learn from experienced professionals.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:- Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.
- Engineering Drawings: Create engineering drawings to support the communication, evaluation and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Engineering Solutions Design: Contribute to the development of, and implement feasibility testing of, proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data to validate the design.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow the organization’s HSE policies, procedures and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well‑being of self and others in the workplace; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviours within the team and take appropriate action, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
- Technical Developments Recommendation: Research and suggest technical developments to improve the quality of the website/portal/software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
- Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences and reading specialist media.
- Testing: Use product specifications to design test procedures and standards.
- Research: Support others by carrying out a range of research activities.
- Waste Management: Support waste management efforts, aiding in waste reduction programmes, waste segregation, storage, transportation and disposal.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Support technical troubleshooting efforts, aiding in the quick and accurate identification, analysis and resolution of technical issues with equipment and experiments.
- Project Management: Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
- Client & Customer Management (External): Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level in Civil or Environmental Engineering
