The position is for a cybersecurity engineer working for Lockheed Martin Mission Solutions. Mission Solutions line of business has been delivering extraordinary solutions to some of our nation’s most critical imperatives. Leveraging the full spectrum of capabilities across the Lockheed Martin Corporation, Space Systems Company’s Death Valley team provides its range of customers a legacy of superior performance, relevance, and innovation with an unrelenting focus on Operational Excellence and Mission Success.
Applicant should have experience with RHEL, Windows, and cybersecurity principles.
As a cybersecurity engineer you will have the opportunity work across a broad range of technical and engineering activities in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Desired Skills- Active Top-Secret Clearance (with investigation within 5 years)
- Possess an approved DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAT Level II (CISSP, CAP, etc.).
- Understanding of System Security Engineering (SSE) principals and process.
- Understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST SP 800-53
- Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (i.e., 2008 R2/2012/2016/2018/2022)
- Knowledge of Linux Administration Red Hat 7.X, 8.X, 9.X
- Knowledge with Kubernetes, Gitlab, Grafana, Prometheus
