Key Duties:

In this role you will....
• Prepare and coordinate the modeling and re-engineering of the Integrated Master Schedule for new or existing programs and support the integration of the Integrated Master Plan into the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives.
• Utilizing applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses.
• Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.
• Implement, maintain and manage planning products in support of planning processes.
• Perform independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics.
• Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.
• Maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and the Program Summary Master Schedule. #LMSpace Program Planners

Basic Qualifications:

• Program planning experience
• Aerospace planning/ scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS
• Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS)
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance
Desired

Skills:

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Extensive experience in Earned Value Management
• Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict
attention to detail and quality
• Experience with Open Plan Professional, One Pager Pro
• Experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Experience in the application of integrated cost/
