Our Engineering Design Organization is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the US Northeast region. In this role, you will play a key part in designing electrical power generation, distribution, and utilization systems, while guiding and mentoring a talented group of Electrical Power Engineers across the region.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and perform power studies (including Arc Flash analysis).
- Lead detailed design efforts for electrical power systems.
- Support proposal development through scope definition and engineering estimates.
- Prepare procurement specifications for electrical equipment.
- Develop comprehensive electrical construction documents.
- Design, review, and seal electrical design packages.
- Perform tasks listed in the work‑team description such as data collection, technical development recommendation, troubleshooting, capability building, testing, project management, engineering drawings, equipment installation, process design engineering, engineering solutions design, and client/customer management.

What you’ll bring to the team- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the design of electrical power generation and distribution and utilization systems; experience with industrial and municipal clients.
- Familiarity with ETAP or SKM computer‑assisted electrical power study programs including short‑circuit, protective relaying coordination and arc‑flash studies.
- Working knowledge of NFPA
70 (NEC), NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B and other electrical industry codes, standards and recommended practices. - Able and willing to travel for short periods for site visits and client meetings.
Salary range: $95,000–$188,000 based on experience & location
