Madden Animal Hospital is a busy, privately owned practice (Est. 1989) that recently relocated to a brand-new, custom-built facility in April 2025. We are looking for an experienced and efficient Veterinarian to join our team. We are 100% independently owned and committed to staying that way. • Salary:
  Competitive Flat Salary ($150,000 – $180,000) based on experience.

• Education:
  
  Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree.
• Licensure:
  Pennsylvania State Veterinary License (active or eligible).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required. We are looking for a confident practitioner who is ready to hit the ground running.
• Surgical Proficiency:
  Must be comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry independently.
• Workflow:
  Must be able to manage a full appointment column efficiently while maintaining high standards of care and client communication.
