Reynolds Restoration Services is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Project Manager/Estimator to manage disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time in the field and 60% in the office, with an administrative team to support your efforts in the field. Responsibilities- Inspect damaged properties and assess restoration needs on-site.
- Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.
- Collaborate closely with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Handle change orders, manage budgets, and oversee project quality.
- Deliver top-tier customer service every step of the way.
- 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in construction (high-end residential or general contracting preferred), or experienced as a property claims field adjuster.
- Experienced in projects range from $5k-$2M- primarily residential (80%), some light commercial (20%).
- Have strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
- Proficient in reading plans, managing budgets, and keeping timelines on track.
- Being a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box.
- Experience in Xactimate (XM8), Symbility, DASH, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid Driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
- Demonstrate a solutions approach and experience using non-traditional skills or methods in the reconstruction process.
- Education:
2–4-year technical degree preferred. - IICRC Certifications
- Competitive Salary: $75,000-$95,000 annually- based on experience.
