ResponsibilitiesExceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers within assigned territory to develop ongoing relationships and understand their needs and wants, including BOMA groups.
Develops capital plans for customers to address short‑and‑long‑term building needs.
Maintains strong working knowledge of company products by attending training, studying manufacturer manuals and local elevator code requirements.
Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using estimating software, obtaining supplier price estimates, and reviewing blueprints and equipment.
Prepares service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment as required, and interacting with operations personnel for input and approvals.
Responds to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts, performing follow‑up with customers on all proposals.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience required.
- Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross‑functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural or blueprint/drawings preferred.
