We are seeking an
** Office Manager
** for our
** First Quality Consumer Products
** company located in
** King of Prussia, PA**. This position will be responsible for the daily operations, organization, presentation of a shared, reservation-based workspace that supports team collaboration, visiting employees and guest. This role ensures that the environment remains professional, efficient, and ready for use each day, enabling team members to focus on productivity, connection, and innovation.
** Primary

Responsibilities include:

*** Open the office and prepare the workspace each day to ensure it is clean, organized, and fully functional.
* Manage employee and visitor badge set and access control.
* Oversee the scheduling and reservation process for shared work areas and meeting rooms, ensuring all resources (technology, materials, and supplies) are properly arranged.
* Monitor daily workspace usage, ensuring fair and efficient allocation of desks and collaboration areas.
* Partner with the building manager and facilities group to address maintenance and building concerns.
* Partner with IT to address access and technology issues promptly.
* Anticipate and plan for space needs to optimize comfort and productivity for meetings and team activities.
* Welcome visiting employees and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
* Serve as the primary on-site contact for all on-site team members.
* Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere that reflects the organization’s culture and values.
* Manage office supplies, snacks, and amenities, ensuring timely restocking and cost-effective purchasing.
* Support communications related to scheduling, events, and meeting logistics.
* Coordinate team meetings, small events, leadership visits, and customer engagements, including catering and setup.
* Ensure required federal, state, local employment and legal notices (e.g., labor law and immigration posters) are properly displayed and current.
* Support HR communications and engagement efforts, including mailings, announcements, and the distribution of employee gifts or recognition items.
* Assist with candidate coordination – scheduling interviews, preparing meeting spaces, greeting visitors and ensuring a professional, welcoming experience for all applicants.
* Serve as SAP requisitioner for KOP site, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Prepare, track, and manage confidentiality agreements, and related documentation for vendors, visitors, customers and partners in accordance with company policy.
** The ideal candidate should posses the following:
*** High School Diploma
* Previous office management experience preferred
* Excellent computer skills
* Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
