IFS Infra Source is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team and support accurate, timely customer billing. The Specialist acts as key contributor and is responsible for managing the billing cycle, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal controls.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, collaborating across teams, and developing their accounting and billing expertise in a stable, growing organization.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and company procedures
• Support job setup activities, including entering and maintaining job information in our accounting system
• Track and reconcile billing, payments, and unbilled revenue using Excel and internal reports
• Assist with revenue documentation and reporting, ensuring appropriate support is maintained
• Partner with field teams and customers to research and resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in billing, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounting support, accounts receivable, or a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, basic lookups, data organization); advanced skills a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Preferred:
  Experience in construction, utilities, or project‑based billing
• Preferred:
  Exposure to ERP or accounting systems (Spectrum or similar)
