Job Summary

FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER position for Chartwells K12 at Kimberly Area School District.

Location:

1622 East Kennedy Avenue, Kimberly, WI 54136.

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time roles. Schedule options include 8:30 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. More details provided at interview.

• Perform cashiering duties and sales transactions; enter sales into the cash register and ensure accurate recording of purchases; make change and process various forms of payment; issue receipts and handle cash responsibly.
• Provide general food service support: prep work (washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables), stocking, safety and sanitation, and service in the dining area.
• Maintain sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining room facilities; ensure proper food handling and temperature control; follow recipes and production standards; assist with restocking condiments and general supplies.
• Assist customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner; address customer questions and relay relevant information to supervisors as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation requirements and support ongoing cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Pay range: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays; summers off (subject to job requirements).
