Operations Supervisor

My client in the logistics industry and based in the Kimberley area has an Operations Supervisor position available.

• Availability of time and flexibility of schedules.
• Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams.
• Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function. Motivate, train and develop leaders and operational teams.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team.
• Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client.
• Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results.
• Ensure market presence (clients of the client), attesting to the conditions and performance of the teams' service/deliveries.
• Develop and guarantee maintenance suppliers compatible with the needs of the company and its customer.
• Carry out People & Management routines, according to the People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety processes, among others.
• Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities).
• Strictly comply with all procedures, standards and specifications of the company and the client.
• Correctly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.
• Commit to the operational goals defined together with the client, DPO/VPO and Excellence Program.

• Qualification or degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• 3 - 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
• 3 - 5 years experience in Logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
