Baby Scanning is a trusted provider of pregnancy ultrasound scans, offering parents-to-be a magical and memorable experience. We take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for expectant families, ensuring they feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way.

The Role:

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a professional and friendly service. Your role will be essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every visitor.

️ Greeting clients with a warm and welcoming smile

️ Managing appointments and scheduling bookings

️ Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

️ Processing payments and maintaining records

️ Keeping the reception area clean and organised

️ Supporting the team to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.

️ Social Media Marketing to build up custom base.

Excellent communication and people skills

A friendly and compassionate nature

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Basic IT skills and confidence using booking systems

Be part of a caring and supportive team

Make a real difference in the journey of expectant parents

Hours:

[Wednesday: 4pm - 8pm, Thursday: 9am - 12pm, Friday 4pm - 8pm & Sunday 3pm - 8pm (occasional holiday cover on Saturday and Sunday)]
