We’re searching for a driven Inside Sales Executive to be the first voice and trusted guide for people beginning their real estate journey. You’ll be at the center of our growth—connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, building instant rapport, and transforming inbound interest into real conversations and real results.

This isn’t cold calling for the sake of numbers. You’ll work with warm, interested leads
, use proven scripts and systems, and focus on what you do best: listening, problem-solving, and opening doors for clients and sales team.

• Set appointments for our sales team.
• Calling property inquiries and requests, and buyer & seller leads we supply - no cold calling!
• Accountability & daily reporting.

• Strong drive to meet & exceed daily goals.
• Willingness to obtain your real estate license.
