Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
- Texas Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required.
- Over five years of experience in the water/wastewater field preferred.
- Proven project management experience with municipal water and wastewater projects.
- Strong skills in client relations, project scheduling, and preparation of scope/fee proposals.
- Ability to review and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
- Experienced in leading technicians and drafting personnel effectively.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or GIS preferred.
- Capable of preparing design plans, estimates, and specifications.
- Ability to collect field data and perform construction observations.
