Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator)

Join Aspen Dental in Killeen, TX to provide exceptional front office service and support our patients’ dental needs.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $18 - $22 / hour

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail oriented
• Age 18 or older
