Position Summary

Ranger

PRINT at Kilgore College is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue by promoting our full range of print and fabrication services to local businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community partners.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, enjoy building long-term relationships, and be confident working independently in the field. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary, a 5% to 10% commission on all sales, and additional quarterly bonuses based on meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio through prospecting, cold calls, referrals, and networking events.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate Ranger

    PRINT solutions, including print, large format, signage, and specialty fabrication services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and regional education entities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend chamber of commerce functions, expos, and other community events to promote Ranger

    PRINT.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Report weekly on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Represent Kilgore College and Ranger

    PRINT with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in print, signage, advertising, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum

Position Requirements

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Primarily an outside sales position requiring frequent local travel.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work for events or client meetings.
  • Office workspace available at Ranger

    PRINT when not in the field.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 50 to 80 pounds.
  • No or very limited exposure to physical risk.

  • Base Compensation for this 12-month position is $25,000, plus Commissions of up to 5-10% and Quarterly Bonuses based on performance and meeting sales targets. Potential total compensation with base pay, commissions and quarterly bonus could reach $45,000–$55,000 annually.
