Production Operator

Revolution is now hiring for a Production Operator position in Kilgore, TX. This position works Monday - Friday, some Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the product being produced is of good quality in accordance with the Quality Control Department guidelines.
• Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean, neat, and organized.
• Troubleshoot and make repairs on any Converting Department production line, including machine problems or minor maintenance repairs.
• Use hand tools as outlined in the operator’s tool list.
• Follow all housekeeping and good operating procedures as set by the American Institute of Baking.
• Change rolls of material using Converting Department equipment in a timely and safe manner.
• Work safely, keeping your own and fellow employees’ safety as the #1 priority, and follow all company work rules and safety requirements.
• Complete paperwork in accordance with company guidelines (Setup sheets, Quality Control Sheets, and Production sheets).
• Work with and help packers to keep production lines running (make boxes, stack boxes, pack and label product where needed).
• Clean up and organize the Converting Department at shift end for the oncoming shift (load machines, empty trash, replace bags, store empty pallets).
• Collaborate with fellow operators when needed to keep the shift and department running at the highest standard with minimal downtime.
• Voluntary overtime (in excess of 40 hours per week) as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Machinery experience.
• Good mechanical abilities.
• Math aptitude.
• Constantly lifts and carries up to 25 lbs., and frequently lifts and carries up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to multi‑task.
• Occasionally pushes up to 100 lbs. and moves up to 900 lbs. using a pallet jack.
• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16th.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to tolerate light smoke (on occasion) in the department.
