Security Officer - Flex Night Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, corridors, parking lots, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, providing direction to patrons, and notifying appropriate parties;
Monitor entrances, service areas, and loading zones for authorized access, observe for policy violations, and support loss prevention and/or management teams as directed by post orders;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
