Planning Consultant - Kihei, Hawaii

The expected pay range for the HPM Home Planning Consultant in Kihei is:

• Consultant I: $20.24 to $23.80 per hour plus commission
• Consultant II: $22.02 to $26.44 per hour plus commission

HPM Building Supply in Kihei, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time HPM Home Planning Consultant. The HPM Home Planning Consultant will guide customers throughout the process of home building, from design and permitting through the completion of construction. The successful HPM Home Planning Consultant will proactively collaborate with internal teams to ensure an experience that wows our customers.

The typical schedule for this HPM Home Planning Consultant position:

• Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Possible Saturdays

QUALIFICATIONS

• Occasional travel to Lahaina may be required
• Previous experience in customer-facing position is necessary
• Knowledge of the building construction process from start to finish is highly desirable
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in using the Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in sales and project planning is preferred
• Reading construction blue prints highly desirable
