Salary Range: $20.15 - $24.15 hourly

Shift Differential: $3.00 per shift (eligible)

• Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service, including assisting customers at the gas pump.
• Accurately ring up all sales on the POS system and comply with all cash‑handling procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and other forms of tender (e.g., coupons).
• Comply with company policies and store procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and conduct shift audits.
• Participate in all safety programs and trainings; attend mandatory job‑related meetings as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out, and basic upkeep of equipment.
• Identify equipment problems and report as needed.
• Work as a positive team‑player, contributing to a cohesive work environment.
• Perform all duties with minimal supervision and may be required to work flexible hours and attend meetings.

• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Ability to see with 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) for inventory and pump operation.
• Effective communication of information and exchange of accurate information.
• Follow safety procedures (e.g., responding to alarms, contacting 911 for emergencies).
• Frequent reaching, gripping, wrist movement, and finger dexterity for restocking, packaging, operating POS, and gas pumps.
• Frequent squatting and kneeling for item replenishment.
• Push or pull with arms up to 20 pounds; lift 20 pounds or less frequently; may lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Climb stepladder for stocking or retrieving materials and signage.
• Possible exposure to gas fumes, solvents, and occasional noise.

• At least 21 years of age; legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Basic math skills and accurate calculations.
• Strong communication in English, including proficient telephone skills.
• Reliability and punctuality; ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Capability to use equipment, tools, and materials as required.
• Ability to perform essential duties in the described work conditions.

Part‑time employees (≥20 hours/week) receive an Employee Assistance Program, eligibility to enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan, discounted stock purchase, and 29 hours of vacation starting after the first year. Vacation accrues bi‑weekly based on years of service.

Full‑time employees (and families) receive medical (including prescription), dental, vision, voluntary critical illness, accident, life/AD&D insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and Employee Assistance Program. Eligibility for the 401(k) plan and discounted stock purchase also applies. Full‑time employees receive 40 hours of vacation starting after the first year, with bi‑weekly accrual, and seven paid holidays annually.
