Maui Brewing Co. is hiring Brewery Operations Team Members to support our beer production, packaging, and warehouse operations
. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role with paid training and excellent benefits.
Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in culinary, construction, landscaping, warehouse, manufacturing, food & beverage, hospitality, or general labor — or anyone looking to learn a skilled trade in a production environment.
No brewery experience required.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with brewing, packaging, and production operations
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tanks, and work areas
- Support warehouse, material handling, and inventory movement
- Follow safety, quality, and sanitation standards
- Work as part of a team‑oriented manufacturing environment
- Entry‑level position —
training provided - Ability to perform physical work (standing, lifting, bending)
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting
- Must be at least 21 years old
