Overview

Position: Operations & Accounting Support

Location: Kihei, HI

Pay: $30/hour

Experience: Strong understanding or hands-on experience with accounting functions, including AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Education: High School Diploma

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Employers Options is seeking an Operations & Accounting Support professional to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operational and administrative functions with a strong focus on accounting and financial processes.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and vendor records.
  • Assist with budgets, funds tracking, financial reports, tax filings, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate insurance administration, credit applications, vendor onboarding, and compliance correspondence.
  • Maintain organized financial and operational records; support property inspections, training, and general operations as needed.
Position Requirements
  • Strong understanding or hands-on experience with accounting functions, including AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism, customer service standards, and team support.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to an insured vehicle.
