GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team supporting our new business win, SGN. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee operations across both our Yarnton (Oxford) and Milton Keynes sites and be responsible for daily achievement of the customer targets and achieving contractual KPIs and SLAs while providing effective leadership, motivation and communication to develop your team.

This is a full-time, permanent position, predominantly Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

• Understand the forecast and actual volumes each day while assisting planning of resources appropriately with close liaison with the Cluster Manager
• Identify problems and take decisive actions to resolve them using in-house policy or operational procedures where required
• Take preventative steps including regular checks on processes to ensure stock is protected and the opportunity for theft or loss is reduced
• Ensure that all equipment is operational and maintained in line with company guidelines while supporting the team on the path to zero

• Previous experience in managing a multi-skilled team in a fast-paced environment is essential
• Prior working knowledge of DLX is advantageous
• Ability to embrace change and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

• Salary: up to £35,000.00 per annum
