Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver for our client based in Kidderminster. Our client specialises in pallet logistics and fulfilment storage and is well known within the local area. Due to increased demand, they are looking to expand their existing team.

• Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team
• Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro‑rata)

• Operate counterbalance forklifts to move materials and products
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Stack and retrieve pallets in storage racks
• Transport raw materials to production areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Follow workplace safety regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory and movement records
• Report mechanical issues or damages

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• £12.80 per hour
• Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 21:00
