Software Developer - Java/React
A successful and growing software company is expanding its product engineering team and is looking for a Mid-Level Java / Full-Stack Developer to help scale a modern ERP platform used by customers across multiple industries.
This role offers real ownership of features, involvement in technical decisions, and strong progression opportunities as the product and team continue to grow.
This role would suit someone with 2+ years experience.
The RoleYou’ll take responsibility for full features across backend and frontend, working closely with Tech Leads, Product and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable functionality.
What You’ll Be Doing- Owning features end-to-end from design to deployment
- Developing backend services in Java / Spring Boot
- Building modern frontends using React
- Working with Postgre
SQL, Hibernate and GraphQL - Contributing to architecture and technical discussions
- Improving reliability, performance and maintainability
- 2–3 years commercial development experience
- Strong skills in Java and Spring Boot (or transferable backend frameworks)
- Solid React or another modern frontend experience
- Feature ownership and real technical input
- Stable product business with strong sales growth
