Welfare Labourer

Overview

Leading renewable energy contractor is seeking a Welfare Labourer to support a 40MW solar farm project in Kidderminster, West Midlands. Working 10‑hour days, you will maintain welfare facilities to a high standard, including cleaning canteens, toilets and communal areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring hygiene compliance. You will also assist with general site duties and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment in line with health and safety procedures.

This is a 12‑month contract, likely to run for 15–18 months, operating outside IR35. Saturday working hours are 8 am‑1 pm, with workers paid for a full day.

A valid CSCS card is required.
