Mezzanine Floor Installer

Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Mezzanine Floor Installer, based in Kidderminster, with some flexibility for remote work. The Mezzanine Floor Installer will be responsible for assembling and installing mezzanine flooring systems according to project specifications and ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials and tools, collaborating with other team members, and resolving on‑site challenges to complete projects efficiently.

• Proficiency in general construction techniques, carpentry, and metalworking
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and building plans
• Knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations and standards
• Effective problem‑solving skills and attention to detail during installation processes
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools specific to construction and installation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a team environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours when required
• Previous experience in installing mezzanine floors or similar structures is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• A commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship with a customer‑oriented approach
