Trade Salesperson – Kidderminster

Step into Magnet as a Trade Salesperson and help bring kitchen projects to life. As a Trade Salesperson in our Kidderminster store, you will play a key role in stock management, warehouse duties and strengthening relationships with local tradespeople.

• Earn a salary of £25,500–£27,000 (Base £25,500, with uncapped on‑target earnings of c £27,000)

• Support stock management, deliveries and help keep a safe working environment across the warehouse
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat trade business
• Gain excellent product knowledge to best meet customer needs, helping to increase sale opportunities

• Have great customer service skills and a personable manner
• Motivated to learn and deliver product knowledge
• Team‑focused with a positive can‑do attitude
• Desire to learn design software if required
• Capability to manage stock
• IT literate
