. We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Spennells Valley Road, Kidderminster. As a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager ready for your next challenge, you will play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork.

• Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation.
• Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately.
• Oversee warehouse and back‑of‑house operations, including stock control and safety.
• Support promotional and seasonal activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards.
• Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team.

• Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A hands‑on leader with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets.
