• Provide full operational leadership across all multi-utility service lines.
• Drive safety, compliance, and performance standards across complex, multi-site operations.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and process optimisation.
• Establish clear KPIs and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee workforce strategy, large-scale programme delivery, and resource planning.
• Manage significant operational budgets with a focus on cost control and ROI.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Develop and inspire high-performing, accountable leadership teams.

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience within utilities, infrastructure, or construction.
• Strong understanding of multi-utility networks and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and complex operational environments.
• Commercially astute with strong financial oversight experience.
• Track record of delivering growth, operational turnaround, or transformation programmes.
• A confident decision-maker who leads from the front and drives a culture of excellence.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH, PRINCE2, APM) advantageous
